Arnica

Arnica is usually the remedy that turns people on to homeopathic medicine.  Arnica is used to treat:

• head injuries
• shock
• trauma to muscles
• overuse of muscles
• bleeding and bruising

Arnica 200C is an essential remedy for every household. It can be given safely to children of all ages, in fact it is something that I recommend for newborns that have endured difficult births such as:

• shoulder dystocia
• face or brow presentation with bruising
• forceps or vacuum assisted delivery

It is also an essential part of the postpartum kit of remedies to be taken immediately after birth.  Two pellets of Arnica 200C will ground you, stop the shakes after birth and promote rapid healing.
