How to Take a Homeopathic Remedy

 

• Two pellets is a single dose.  When you are instructed to “take a dose” it means take just two pellets and wait.
• Try to take a remedy when you have a little time before you  need to eat or drink again – this may be as little as 1-2 min. but do not take remedies when there is food in your mouth.
• Try to avoid touching the remedies – shake them out of the bottle into your mouth or catch them on a spoon and place in your mouth.
• You can give young children and babies remedies by putting a dose (2 pellets) into a small amount of water (1/8 of a cup) and then giving them a teaspoon of the mixture.
